PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony handrail wall which dose not cause leaking of rain from a gap between a coping and an exterior wall finishing material and exhausts moisture leaked into a wall body to an outer space.;SOLUTION: A ventilation sleeve 50 as a ventilation panel which enables air flow from the side of a lower floor exterior wall panel 20 to flow into a ventilation path 16 on the inside side of a building at the opposite side of a frame material 11 is provided in the ventilation path 16 between a substrate board 12 attached to the outer side of the building of the frame material 11 as a panel frame and the exterior wall finishing material 14 on the outer side of the building. The air inside the wall body is moved to the ventilation path 16 located on the inside side of the building inwardly of the frame material 11 through the ventilation sleeve 50, and thereafter is exhausted to an outdoor space from a ventilation opening 51 provided in a gap between the exterior wall finishing materials 14a, 14b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
