PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain autonomous positioning having high accuracy and low load.;SOLUTION: A vehicle 101 performs autonomous positioning by a loaded autonomous positioning device 100 by utilizing information on a moving distance and a rotation angle detected from a built-in sensor. The autonomous positioning device 100 can acquire positional information, by using an arrangement place of an optical beacon 102 as a reference spot by allowing the vehicle 101 to pass the optical beacon 102 (102-1 to 102-n) arranged on the road. The positional information shows the absolute position of the reference spot, such as the longitude, latitude or altitude. Consequently, the autonomous positioning device 100 can specify accurate moving locus, by making an autonomous positioning result interlock with the positional information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
