PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem such that when subscription is started to acquire presence information, it is needed to acquire an ID of a subscription object by any method and start the subscription having designated it.;SOLUTION: The subscription is performed while designating not the subscription object but a condition (value of presence or the like) of the subscription object. For example, when the subscription is performed on condition that a current position is the same, the subscription to a user matched to the condition is automatically started, whereby the presence can be acquired. However, when the partner's presence or the user's own presence is changed to a different value, the subscription object is automatically changed.
