PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation of an operator of a water and sewage plant.;SOLUTION: The system for monitoring the operation state of the water and sewage plant includes; a result data gathering means 22 for gathering result data 14a for each data type of the water and sewage plant 3 in the cycle of operation parameter data 11a; an operation state evaluation means 23 for comparing operation schedule data 13a and the result data 14a for each data type, calculating an evaluation value corresponding to a difference, and storing it in operation state data 15a; a statistical processing means 26 for reading operator data 12a, associating each identifier of the operator in charge of the operation of the water and sewage plant 3 with the operation state data 15a of a shift time zone of the operator, and storing statistically processed operation management data 16a; and an operation state display means 25 for displaying the comparison result of an operation schedule and a result on a display device on the basis of the operation state data 15a, and displaying the operation data of a predetermined operator on the display device on the basis of the operation management data 16a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
