PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rescue support system which, when the aged or the sick meets an accident while going out or when his/her physical condition becomes worse, supports prompt rescue, and to provide a radio base station, a radio terminal and a rescue service center which are utilized in such a system.;SOLUTION: On the basis of a signal from the radio terminal, a determination part 51 determines whether a person carrying the radio terminal with him/her should be rescued or not. If it is determined that the person should be rescued, a rescue notification part 28 notifies a rescue service center about a requirement to rescue the person carrying the radio terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
