PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometry apparatus using ion-molecule reaction ionization, capable of correct qualitative and quantitative analysis in a short time regarding a sample having multicomponents without accompanying large sizing of it.;SOLUTION: The ionization mass spectrometry apparatus has a plurality of ion sources 3-1 to 3-4 mutually connected in series, and a control/analysis part 6 controls to which of the ion sources 3-1 to 3-4 a voltage is supplied from a high voltage source 7 by a discharge needle 8. When a plurality of ion sources are operated, the ion source near the sample introduction part 1 becomes an ordinary APCI, and the formed ions are discharged to the outside of the ion source by an exclusion electrode 9. The remaining neutral molecules which are not ionized are sent to the ion source on the mass spectrometry apparatus side by an extraction electrode 10.
