PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce initiation delay time for an Internet communication network cooperative application cooperative with a communication network.;SOLUTION: A client 20 has a web browser 21 for executing a cooperative RIA 12. The web browser 21 downloads the cooperative RIA 12 for making the client 20 function as a means for determining whether or not a SIP component B 31 is operated, a means for downloading the SIP component A 13 from a cooperative application distribution web server 10 if the SIP component B 31 is not operated, a means for making the web browser 21 execute the downloaded SIP component A 13, and a means for performing communication with a SIP network 50 via the executed SIP component A 13.
