PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additional monitoring means limited within a bilaterally symmetrically fixed angle from the center of a bow with respect to monitoring another ship, or the like, when a ship enters/leaves a port or while traveling in a narrow channel with the jam of other ships.;SOLUTION: A recession or additional structure is formed at the bow tip center (lower) part of a ship body, to which a plurality of laser range finders are attached in order to emit a laser beam bilaterally symmetrically and radially. A supporter is normally reciprocatively moved, so as to eliminate dead angles between laser beams. The orientation and distance of/from another ship, etc., obtained by the reflection of the laser beam are displayed in a ship handling place and alarm is issued. Besides, the laser camera is fixedly mounted onto the same bow, so as to photograph the anterior part of the bow by animation and to display the image in the same ship handling place.
