PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic equipment for improving diagnostic accuracy and reproducibility using a reference cross-section by allowing even an unskilled person to easily draw the reference cross-section by correct two-dimensional scanning to be required for cardiac testing, and also to provide an ultrasonic image processing apparatus, and an ultrasonic diagnostic equipment control program.;SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic equipment easily and rapidly acquires an MPR image corresponding to an ideal MPR position by setting on volume data, the MPR position corresponding to the desired reference cross-section position of the heart, while referring to a three-dimensional image to be obtained by three-dimensional ultrasonic scanning in cardiac testing. In a state where the ideal MPR image is acquired by the three-dimensional ultrasonic scanning, an ultrasonic scanning region is automatically changed-over into a two-dimensional region from a three-dimensional region, thereby to perform the two-dimensional scanning where the ultrasonic scanning region is defined as a cross-section inside a subject corresponding to the set MPR position (the cross-section inside the subject closest to the MPR position or the cross-section inside the subject being substantially the same as the MPR position).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
