PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recommendation information corresponding to the state of a user concerning collaborative filtering based on a history of access to various kinds of information from the user.;SOLUTION: In a recommendation information generating device, a recommendation request receiving part 12 acquires request user state information which expresses the present state of the request user to whom the recommendation information is provided, and a state similarity calculating part 13 calculates state similarity between the user state information of the request user and the request user state information when an evaluated content is evaluated. The state similarity is multiplied by an evaluation value of the evaluated content so as to calculate a correction evaluation value. Thus, the evaluation value concerning the evaluated content corresponding to the present state of the user is acquired. Since the recommendation information including the content with the high calculated correction evaluation value is generated, the recommendation information corresponding to the state of the user is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
