PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal living environment without anxiety at low cost.;SOLUTION: The independent house reform method includes: a reform step of reforming an independent house, and for offering the independent house as partial rental property by defining a portion of the independent house as the living space of an owner and the remainder as a rental space; a rental step of renting the rental space of the partial rental property to a third person to obtain rental income; a monthly payment step of setting the costs of reform to monthly payment costs; and a monthly rental payment step of comparing the monthly payment costs with the rental income, and for, when the monthly payment costs are larger, charging the balance to the owner, and for, when the monthly payment costs are smaller, paying the balance to the owner.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
