PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database access program for reducing useless access to a database server.;SOLUTION: A computer is functioned as means for: storing in a common timestamp storage section 314 update time information, included in notification information received from a data management section 22, of data in a database section 21; comparing transmission time information stored in a timestamp storage section 324 for each terminal storing transmission time information of finally transmitting data to a supervisory terminal 40 with the update time information stored in the common timestamp storage section 314 to determine whether the data in the database section 21 are updated later than a transmission time; and outputting an acquisition request of the data to the data management section 22 if it is determined that the data in the database section 21 are updated later than the transmission time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
