PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment method of a heat transfer tube and its structure, the heat transfer tube of low costs, and having superior adhesion properties and weatherproof properties even under high temperature environment.;SOLUTION: This surface treatment method of the plurality of heat transfer tubes 2 disposed in a boiler having a heat exchange section, has: a porous film coating process of coating surfaces of the heat transfer tubes 2 with porous films 5 having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the heat transfer tubes 2; and a process of coating the porous film 4 with a film material 6 having a linear expansion coefficient smaller than that of the porous film 4 and including Si.
