TOMOGRAPHY APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CORRECTING TOMOGRAM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately correct positional offset among a plurality of tomograms captured by a tomography apparatus. PSOLUTION: The tomography apparatus corrects the positional offset among a plurality of two-dimensional tomograms constituting a three-dimensional tomogram. The tomography apparatus includes: a tomogram analysis part 120 for extracting the feature amount representing the target tissue for measurement; a tomogram selecting part 140 for selecting a reference two-dimensional tomogram from among the plurality of two-dimensional tomograms based on the feature amount; and a tomogram position correcting part 150 for computing the quantity of positional offset of the n-th two-dimensional tomogram adjacent to the reference two-dimensional tomogram from the n-1th two-dimensional tomogram.
