PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen hood having a simpler structure, further facilitating assembling, enabling dimension setting in accordance with the depth of a cooking table and capable of facilitating recovery of oil and cleaning.;SOLUTION: The kitchen hood comprises a top face plate 1 and a back face plate 2 enabling position change with each other, two side face plates 3, 3, a kneehole panel 4, a blindfold board 5, drain cups 6 and machine screws 7 which are necessary connection means. A covering body having opened lower and front faces is formed by arranging and suspending the back face plate 2 and side face plates 3, 3 from the top face plate 1, and the kneehole panel 4 is provided over an upper part which is part of the open face of the front face, so as to assemble the hood. A ventilation fan and an exhaust duct are connected to a ventilation fan or duct mounting opening 11 of the top face plate 1. Drain receiving pieces 25, 36 with liquid drain holes 26, 37 are provided at lower ends of the back face plate 2 and side face plates 3.
