PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercharger, a diesel engine provided with the supercharger, and a ship provided with the diesel engine, preventing leakage of lubricating oil from a bearing stand to the outside.;SOLUTION: This supercharger 1 is equipped with: a turbine 2 rotatively driven by exhaust gas; a rotating shaft 6 with the turbine 2 provided at its one end; a compressor 3 provided at the other end of the rotating shaft 6, and compressing air by being rotatively driven by rotatively driving the turbine 2; bearings 15, 16, 17 rotatably operating the rotating shaft 6; a turbine-side sealing portion 26 provided between the bearings 15, 16, 17 and the turbine 2 and sealing outflow of lubricating oil supplied to the bearings 15, 16, 17 to a turbine 2 side; and the bearing stand 4 having an air conduit 20 introducing a part of air compressed by the compressor 3 to the turbine-side sealing portion 26.
