PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication improving sheet which is easily attached and is widely pasted to a shoulder of a cylinder in a posture facing upward, an IC tag for wireless communication, and a cylinder management method using the same.;SOLUTION: A wireless communication improving sheet 10 includes an auxiliary antenna layer 15 and a dielectric layer 17. The auxiliary antenna layer 15 is disposed so that one of surfaces thereof perpendicular to a thickness direction Z faces a wireless IC tag 12 or a wireless IC chip construct. The dielectric layer 17 includes a dielectric and is disposed on the side opposite to the one surface of the auxiliary antenna layer 15.
