PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of open front cloth underpants for withdrawing urine and a paper diaper (including urine collecting pad), easy to open the front of the underpants so as to easily withdraw urine when even a person handicapped with the hand (including fingertips) performs withdrawing urine with a catheter, easy to adjust a waist size, preventing slippage, and good holdability when attaching a paper diaper (including urine collecting pad), and easy to attach and change a paper diaper (including urine collecting pad).;SOLUTION: This pair of underpants are such that a hook and loop fastener [velcro tape (R)] is installed on waist parts 1 and 2; a string is installed on waist parts 3 and 4; a part 5 is widely opened; a part 6 is installed in inclined specifications, and a cloth with good stretchability is used.
