PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and efficiently generate a singing history classified by each customer in each karaoke device, having superior handleability as data and having convenience as information to be used for service provision to a karaoke user, without requiring labor for input of individual ID or the like at every singing time by a customer, when the customer sings a karaoke musical composition. PSOLUTION: A database server 200 includes a voice feature database 210 acquired by summarizing the individual ID of each customer and voice feature data of each customer correlatively with each other. The karaoke device 100 analyzes a singing voice signal and generates voice feature data. When the generated voice feature data are not generated and recorded within a latest prescribed period, the karaoke device 100 inquires of the voice feature database 210 to acquire a corresponding individual ID, and generates and records a performance history classified by each customer by correlating the individual ID with the musical composition ID and the performance date and time.
