PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrel for plating and a barrel plating apparatus which can improve the plating quality of a workpiece (article to be plated) by suppressing voltage variation during plating and performing uniform plating and can also improve working efficiency.;SOLUTION: The barrel 20 for plating has a body part 23 having a shape of a polygonal cylinder and at least a pair of end plates 30 which are arranged at both of the ends in the axis direction of the body part 23 and close both of the ends of the body part 23. The body part 23 has a body part body 24 constituting a portion in the circumferential direction of the polygonal cylinder and a cap part 26 capable of being detached from the body part body 24. The cap part 26 has a plurality of flat plates 26a which constitute a portion in the circumferential direction of the polygonal cylinder and cross at a prescribed angle. A flange 60 is formed at each end part in the axis direction of the cap part 26, and the flange 60 and the end plate 30 are attachably and detachably connected to/from each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
