PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comply with diversified waste disposal rule by discriminating whether or not wastes are classified even when a plurality of wastes are mixedly disposed of.;SOLUTION: A waste recovery apparatus 100, when wastes are charged, acquires RFID information by radio signal with a RFID reader from RFID (IC tag) attached to the wastes, and transmits the acquired RFID information and a local code to a control server 200 through a network 300. The control server 200 determines whether or not the wastes are disposable of on the basis of the received RFID information and the local code and on the present date. Then, the control server 200 returns the information indicating whether or not the wastes are disposable through the network 300 to the waste recovery apparatus 100.
