PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backing material for ultrasonic probe, which has a high attenuation factor of unneeded ultrasonic waves emitted backward from an ultrasonic vibrator configuring the ultrasonic probe, has proper acoustic impedance and is hardly thermally deformed during dicing, and to provide the ultrasonic probe using it, and an ultrasonic image diagnostic apparatus for medical user.;SOLUTION: The backing material for ultrasonic probe is provided behind the ultrasonic vibrator configuring the ultrasonic probe, and attenuates the ultrasonic waves emitted backward from the ultrasonic vibrator. The backing material contains a base material and a filler mixture, and contains filler composite particles formed by compounding a flexible epoxy resin and a filler as the filler mixture.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
