PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring the concentration of a water-soluble radical species in an aqueous solution which can noninvasively measure the concentration of the water-soluble radical species at the production place thereof in real time.;SOLUTION: The method for measuring the concentration of the water-soluble radical species in the aqueous solution is disclosed that the concentration of the water-soluble radical species in the aqueous solution is quantified on the basis of the correlativity of the concentration of the water-soluble radical species in the aqueous solution and the absorbance characteristics measured at one or more wavelengths within a range of 140-210 nm of the aqueous solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
