PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe embedding method superior in earthquake resistance for preventing the irregular settlement of an embedded pipe during the occurrence of earthquake while maintaining the flatness of the ground where the pipe is embedded even if a underground water level temporarily rises. PSOLUTION: The pipe embedding method superior in earthquake resistance comprises step for installing the pipe in a groove formed by cutting the ground, placing above the pipe a hollow body having a water permeable portion, and back-filling it with sediment. The hollow body is formed of tubular members, and its water permeable portion is formed by installing filters at both ends of the tubular members.
