PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-wire-type flow rate measurement apparatus for dividing a flow rate of a gas-liquid mixing fluid into a gas and a liquid, and measuring them.;SOLUTION: The heat-wire-type flow rate measurement apparatus comprises: a first temperature sensor 1S disposed at a first measurement point 1P; a plurality of second temperature sensors 2S vertically juxtaposed and disposed at a second measurement point 2P downstream of the first measurement point 1P; and a plurality of heaters H provided so as to correspond to the sensors 2S. With regard to temperatures measured by a plurality of the second temperature sensors 2S, a feedback control is implemented in a plurality of the heaters H so as to maintain a difference between the temperature measured by the first temperature sensor 1S at a predetermined value. The feedback control compares energy output from a plurality of the heaters H. A position of an interface S between the gas G and the liquid L in the gas-liquid mixing fluid F is determined. A flow rate of the liquid L is calculated by using the energy output from the heaters H-1 to H-3 corresponding to the second temperature sensors 2S-1 to 2S-3 lower than the interface S.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
