PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual stress calculating device, a residual stress measuring device, a method of calculating residual stress, a method of measuring residual stress, and a program for safely and accurately measuring the stress remaining inside a plastically-deformed body to be inspected.;SOLUTION: The residual stress calculating device includes: a sound-speed information acquisition part for acquiring sound speed information relating to an ultrasonic sound speed inside a plastically-deformed metal plate; a plastic deformation feature amount calculating unit for calculating plastic deformation feature amount, namely, a plastic deformation amount of the metal plate or a value that is convertible to the plastic deformation amount; an acoustoelastic parameter calculating part for calculating an acoustoelastic parameter correlated with main stress sum or main stress difference calculated from a plurality of ultrasonic sound speeds inside the metal plate, based on the sound-speed information; an acoustoelastic parameter coefficient correction part for correcting a coefficient indicating a change due to the stress of the acoustoelastic parameter, by utilizing the calculated plastic deformation feature amount; and a residual stress calculating part for calculating a residual stress of the metal plate, based on the acoustoelastic parameter and the corrected coefficient calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
