PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify a user of the information of electric equipment in use.;SOLUTION: An input part 11 inputs reference waveform data to be observed when a detection object is operated. A storage part 12 stores reference waveform data input to the input part 11. A harmonic wave extraction part 22 obtains a current waveform to be supplied to an electric lamp line 4. A determination part 30 determines whether the components of reference waveform data stored in the storage part 12 are included in the harmonic wave data of the current waveform obtained by the harmonic wave extraction part 22.
