PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community forming computer allowing an investor to utilize a system allowing proper acquisition of information from another investor or acquisition of technique.;SOLUTION: An FX trader server 10 automatically allocates private investors to a plurality of communities based on transaction instructions of private investor terminal devices 12. Each private investor can know the time frame of a chart by use of transaction histories, results and timing when performing the transaction instructions of the other private investors of the same community.
