PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of more accurately measuring local stress occurring in a local section of a resin molding when applying a load to the resin molding, and to provide a method of predicting a more accurate stress-strain curve of a resin material and lifetime of a resin molding.;SOLUTION: The method of measuring local stress occurring in a weak section by applying a load to the resin molding including the weak section includes the amount-of-strain measurement process for measuring an aging effect in the amount of strain at a prescribed part including the weak section without abutting on the resin molding when applying the load, the calculation process for converting the amount of strain to stress on the basis of the stress-strain curve of a resin material included in the resin molding, and the process for predicting lifetime of the resin molding on the basis of local stress obtained by the usage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
