PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized entry of identical unauthorized subscriber or a criminal group by analyzing patterns of potential unauthorized subscribers, who cannot be extracted by a conventional entry review, on the basis of past application contents to define the same.;SOLUTION: Illegal entry application data is extracted from application history information on a database that manages application information, contract history information on a database that manages contract information, and review history information on a database that manages an review history. In addition, unauthorized application data is collated with application content data from the unauthorized entry application data, the definition information of unauthorized entry patterns, the definition information of an review score for each of the unauthorized entry patterns, and the definition information of review levels corresponding to the range of the review scores; an review score is imparted; and the corresponding review level is acquired to be registered to the review history.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
