PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a store leveraging system, store leveraging terminal, store leveraging method, and store leveraging program, promoting sales of products in each store by improving methods of issuing a value and advertising, and usability for users.;SOLUTION: The store leveraging system is constructed to connect a KIOSK terminal 100, a POS terminal 200, and a coupon ticket server 1500 for mutual communication. The coupon ticket server 1500 includes a first value storing means for storing first value identification information and balance. The KIOSK terminal 100 is provided with: an input means for accepting inputs of the first value identification information and its conversion sum to a second value; a value conversion means for converting the conversion sum to that of the second value; and a second value outputting means for issuing a ticket which records the sum of the second value.
