PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for acquiring prospective customers while improving the quality of services to existing customers.;SOLUTION: Data posted for a condominium and its posting time are stored in a bulletin board database 103 in a data storage part 100 of an SNS (Social Networking Service) server 10. When accepting reply data posted for the posted data, an application part 120 computes the elapsed time (pending time) from when the original posting data is posted until the reply data is posted and stores the pending time in the bulletin board database 103 along with the reply data and the posting time. When a request for browsing the reply data is issued from participants' client terminals 20A-20Z, the application part 120 reads the reply data and the pending time information from the bulletin board database 103 and creates a document for displaying them, and a Web server part 110 transmits the document to the requester.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
