PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a winder of a voltage transformer coil arranged to wind the coil by simply setting initial setting conditions without needing manpower.;SOLUTION: The winder of the voltage transformer coil comprises a mechanism for winding a coil wire, an interlayer insulation material supply means equipped with a pair of cutters for cutting an interlayer insulation material into a predetermined width, a lateral cutter for cutting the interlayer insulation material into a predetermined length and a roll for feeding the interlayer insulation material to the winding mechanism side, an interlayer insulation material insertion means having a member for sucking the forward end of the interlayer insulation material and guiding it to the surface of the coil and a heating means for thermally bonding the forward end of the interlayer insulation material to the outer surface of the coil, and a truck having an interlayer insulation material supply means attached to the upper part and an interlayer insulation material insertion means attached to a lower part and moving back and forth in the supply direction of the interlayer insulation material. Every time when a layer of the coil is wound, the forward end of the interlayer insulation material is pulled down to the height of the coil, the interlayer insulation material is thermally bonded by a heating means and then wound by the predetermined number of turns together with the coil wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
