PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a seamless garment by which materials impossible to be heat-sealed by ultrasonic machining can be heat-sealed by ultrasonic waves, and respective joining edge parts of both of the garment materials are extremely readily and easily heat-sealed: and to provide a seamless garment inexpensively produced by employing the method.;SOLUTION: The method for producing a seamless garment includes: superimposing the surfaces of two pieces of garment materials 1, 2 impossible to be heat-sealed by ultrasonic machining on each other to face each other; inserting welding interlining cloth 3 into between the respective joined edge parts 1a, 2a of both of the garment materials 1, 2; fusing the two pieces of garment materials 1, 2 and the welding interlining cloth 3 via ultrasonic machining in the inserted condition; developing the two pieces of garment materials 1, 2 to both sides based on the welding interlining cloth 3 left between the two pieces of the garment materials 1, 2 after fused; and removing the welding interlining cloth 3 protruding from the surface of the two pieces of the developed garment materials 1, 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
