PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detector of a communication terminal and an abnormality detection method of a communication terminal capable of detecting an abnormality based on terminal information related to an operation and a call with a communication terminal in order for preventing fraud using a communication terminal such as a telephone set.;SOLUTION: The abnormality detector includes a pattern model preservation part which stores a transition relationship of an event that relates to the operation and the call of a communication terminal as a behavior pattern model being a provability model, a terminal information acquiring part which detects the terminal information related to the operation and the call of the communication terminal, a pattern determination part which determines whether or not a current behavior pattern is a normal behavior pattern by comparing the terminal information detected by the terminal information acquiring part with the behavior pattern model stored in the pattern model preservation part, and an alert generating part which outputs predetermined alert information if the pattern determination part determines that the terminal information detected by the terminal information acquiring part is not the normal behavior pattern.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
