PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous sintered raising seedling bed, a method for producing the porous sintered raising seedling bed, and a cultivation set using the porous sintered raising seedling bed, wherein the porous sintered raising seedling bed is light in weight, has excellent mechanical strength, is excellent in water-holding properties, has no need to water everyday, and is repeatedly usable. PSOLUTION: The porous sintered raising seedling bed 1 is produced by: (S13) adding 300 pts.wt. of zeolite particles each having an average particle diameter of 150 μm as mineral particles 4, 300 pts.wt. of glass particles 5 having a softened point of 700°C and having an average particle diameter of 50 μm, 100 pts.wt. of wood powder 3 having an average particle diameter of 150 μm, and 5 pts.wt. of polyol resin 6, and evenly mixing them with a precision dispersing mixer; (S14) adding 5 pts.wt. of isotianate resin 8 to the mixture and evenly mixing them; (S15) press-forming the mixture at normal temperature; and (S16) firing the formed mixture at 700-900°C.
