CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF REFRACTORY, REFRACTORY, AND FACILITY FOR IRON MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of refractory preventing intrusion of molten iron and slag, free from contamination of the molten iron by hydrogen, and having a short curing period after construction.;SOLUTION: The method carries out a process for installing a metal form 5 to a metal member 2 of an iron-manufacturing facility 1 which treats molten iron and molten slug while providing a predetermined gap between them, a process for filling the gap between the metal member 2 of the iron-manufacturing facility 1 and the form 5 with dry-type stamp material made by mixing refractory particles and at least any resin powder of phenol resin, furan resin, and vinyl chloride resin, and a process for performing dielectric heating by a dielectric heating heat source 6 using the metal member 2 of the iron-manufacturing facility 1 and the form 5 as electrodes to harden the dry-type stamp material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
