PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively operate a fire extinguisher by quickly detecting abnormal heating or smoking within a control panel and specifying the abnormal control panel.;SOLUTION: Air sucked from a control panel 10 via a sampling tube 15 is introduced into a high sensitive smoke detector 14, and a fire is monitored from smoke particles included in the introduced air. When the fire is detected by the high sensitive detector 14, a ventilation opening/closing device 18 set in a ventilator in the control panel 10 is operated to a closing position so that the inside of the control panel is sealed. An abnormal control panel is predetermined based on a fire detection signal output from a fire detector 20 disposed within the control panel 10 while respective control panels 10 are in the sealed state, and a fire extinguisher 24 of the predetermined control panel is actuated to extinguish the fire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
