PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of improving safety and convenience, in which quarantine and restoration to computer virus in a user terminal is automatically executed. PSOLUTION: A gateway device connected to the user terminal and set at a gateway to the Internet comprises an infection monitoring means detecting whether the user terminal is infected with computer virus or not, a terminal disconnection means laying, upon detection of infection, the user terminal in a disconnect state to the Internet, and a restoration connection means connecting the user terminal to a restoration support device when the user terminal is laid in the disconnect state to the Internet by the terminal disconnection means.
