PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional multi-channel display data generator that requires a large circuit scale. SOLUTION: The multi-channel display data generator of this invention is provided with a PCR extract section 11 that extracts a PCR of a channel displayed on a master screen, a PLL section 12 that utilizes the extracted PCR to take PLL synchronization, an STC counter 13 that counts a time of the channel displayed on the master screen with an oscillated frequency of the PLL means, and an AV decoder 35 that applies AV decoding to only AV data of the channel displayed on the master screen while taking AV synchronization.
