PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful technology in the utilization of dental pulp stem cells of milk and permanent teeth through elucidation of characteristics and differences thereof. PSOLUTION: A method for culturing a dental pulp stem cell of milk tooth is provided, comprising a step (step (1)) of providing and culturing a dental pulp stem cell of milk tooth and a step (step (2)) of detecting the expression level of one or more factors selected from the group consisting of FGF2, TGF-beta, collagen I and collagen III regarding the dental pulp stem cell of milk tooth during culturing and of judging the quality of the cell on the basis of the detection results.
