PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of items to be set when Bayesian network is constructed.;SOLUTION: An estimation function provision server 100 includes: an initial pair correlation table 111 holding user information wherein each node ID of a node pair and pair conditioned probability indicating conditioned probability between two nodes are associated for each user ID in a Bayesian network as estimation logic of behavior of a user; a cooperative filtering part 130 generating an estimation pair correlation table 113 by estimating the pair conditioned probability when there is a user having no information of the pair conditioned probability held with respect to a predetermined node pair in the initial pair correlation table 111 and complementing the initial pair correlation table 111 by the calculated pair conditioned probability; and a probability graph construction means 114 calculating a conditioned probability table for each user ID by use of the pair conditioned probability stored in the estimation pair correlation table 113, and constructing a graph structure of the Bayesian network for each user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
