PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric pipe and its manufacturing method presenting fine appearance, suppressing or eliminating the looseness of a cover body and simplifying the manufacture besides securing sufficient discharge water flow.;SOLUTION: The eccentric pipe comprises an eccentric pipe body 3 having a hot and cold water lead-in part 1 and lead-out part 2 in the mutually deviated state of the respective center axes, and the cover body 4 mounted to the eccentric pipe body 3. The lead-in part 1 is provided at one side part of the eccentric pipe body 3, while the lead-out part 2 is provided at the other side part, and a flow regulating member 8 for regulating the flow of hot and cold water passing through inside the eccentric pipe body 3 is stored in a communicating part 7 provided at the eccentric pipe body 3 and communicating with the lead-in part 1 and lead-out part 2. The cover body 4 is constituted not to cover the lead-out part 2 and an operating part 11 for operating the flow regulating member 8, but to cover only a portion close to the lead-in part 1 in the eccentric pipe body 3, and an end 4a, located on the side close to the lead-in part 1, of the cover body 4 is almost cylindrical.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
