PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-layer film with a re-sealing function and a resealable package body using with the same which is excellent in food hygienic property and easily unsealable property, and has resealable property only by pressure adhering with a hand or finger.;SOLUTION: In the multi-layer film, a surface resin layer (A) containing a thermoplastic resin layer (a) as a main component, an adhesive resin layer (B) containing a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (b) wherein a temperature showing the peak value of a loss tangent (tanδ) measured with a frequency 10 Hz by the measurement of the dynamic viscoelasticity is -35°C or more as a main component, and a heat seal resin layer (C) containing the thermoplastic resin (c) as a main component are laminated in the order of (A)/(B)/(C). After the heat seal resin layer (C) is heat sealed at the heat seal part of a sealed body and the multi-layer film is pealed from the heat seal part, the adhesive resin layer (B) and the surface resin layer (A) are delaminated and the adhesive resin layer (B) is exposed in a resealable state with the surface resin layer (A).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
