PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-orientation rare-earth magnetic thin film.;SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing rare-earth high-orientation magnetic thin film includes: a first coating process of forming a first coating layer of a first composition on a coating surface of a substrate; and a second coating process of forming a second coating layer of a second composition different from the first composition on the first coating layer, wherein the alloy composition of the entire rare-earth magnetic thin film is adjusted to the composition of a desired rare-earth magnetic alloy. As a result, a high-orientation rare-earth magnetic thin film, with crystals orientated in the easy axis of magnetization direction, is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
