PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching/decoloring agent composition enabling a treatment-finishing time to be easily confirmed by a treating person even without carrying out time management by a watch, a timer or the like, and to provide a method for bleaching/destaining the hair.;SOLUTION: The bleaching/decoloring agent composition includes a first agent of the bleaching/decoloring agent composition, containing (A) a persulfuric acid salt, and (B) one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of a nitro dye, an acid dye and a disperse dye, and a second agent of the bleaching/decoloring agent composition, containing hydrogen peroxide.
