PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling and exterminating agent substituting chemical pesticides, and effective for solving problems of chemically synthesized pesticides for controlling and exterminating bacterial or viral diseases and insect pests in cultured plants and reared animals including pet animals, etc., in agricultural and livestock industries, etc., comprising that, although these pesticides show good results, chemical pesticide-free culture is keenly desired by producers not mention of consumers, and a pesticide-free culture to use an organic fertilizer is proposed by Japan.;SOLUTION: There is developed a spreading agent for control and extermination of bacterial and viral diseases and insect pests by using a plant of family Polygonaceae without regard to natural plant or cultured plant in a form of dry powder instead of forms of extracted liquid and crushed liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
