PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which forms, as a raw material of various cosmetics, a prevention film which controls non-sensed evaporation, is little in stickiness, excellent in makeup durability, storage stability, and/or flexibility, to provide a cosmetic composition blended with the composition, to provide various cosmetics thereof, and to provide a production method of the various cosmetics.;SOLUTION: A shea butter originated gum composition contains a hydrocarbon polymer of 20 to 100 mass% which is obtained by purifying an acetone insoluble content of crude shea butter and is contained in the acetone insoluble content. The cosmetic composition is obtained by blending the shea butter originated gum composition with a liquid oil having a specific viscosity value.
