PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for forming an adsorption isostere capable of shortening the time required for obtaining adsorption heat or an adsorption isostere and enhancing the measuring precision/condition of the obtained adsorption heat or adsorption isostere.;SOLUTION: The method for measuring information for adsorption isostere creation, wherein by alternately repeating a temperature control step A (i) for adjusting the amount of the gas supplied/discharged to the measurement system, to change the temperature of the measuring system by a definite quantity and a gas flow rate control step B (ii) for changing the pressure of the measurement system, by adjusting the amount of the gas supplied/discharged to the measuring system (container), until the gas adsorption amount n(x) of a measuring substance becomes identical to that prior to the execution of the temperature control step A to change the pressure of the measuring system, in order to obtain the data [temperature T(x), pressure P(x)], where x is an integer of 0 or larger) for the adsorption isostere creation of the measuring substance arranged to the measurement system (container).
