PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosample analysis method, a sample analyzer, and a biosample analysis program capable of shortening a time to diagnosis.;SOLUTION: A spectrum of a time waveform of terahertz wave intensity emitted from an interface with which each measuring point assigned to an interface between a slide and a medium of a terahertz wave is irradiated is acquired, and a refractive index in each frequency on each measuring point is calculated by using the spectrum, and an image showing a statistical value of a refractive index having a specific frequency on each measuring point or a refractive index in a specific frequency band in a position relation of the measuring point is generated. On the other hand, a figure of the biosample arranged on the slide is acquired, and the figure and the image are displayed in the comparable state each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
